My Own Study Of Camera Shots

Entablishing shot:

With this shot I wanted to show were and when the action will be taking place: It's afternoon, almost night, like around - maybe - 7PM, and we are at the playground at our high school under the light of a beautiful sunset.

Full shot:

In this case what the shot shows is a full body, making obvious the pose and the action: Here, our friend Marcos is on a tree, he's using his mobile phone, probably gaming (that's the reason why I added aliens and naves from the retro game, just as an iconic reference).
This can also. in some way, show the loneless of the character, there's some light at the back and maybe people to play with, but this specific caracter preferes to be alone and stay in the darkness, in my opinion is a good way to show part of a context even if it dosen't involves the feelings.

Medium Shot:

I like the way this pictue looks like a first person POV. After taking the pictutre I noticed that fact and loved it, because ir feels like if the person who is looking at María is actually in front of she, answering her smile with another one. That's the basic reason that made me edit the photo like that: I have lowed the saturation in order to make it look older and, in additon, with the black borders, tried to  make it seem like a, exactly memory, the memorý of that time, when you saw María climbing that old tree and smiling to you.
I think that the angle plays an important role, because it helps to show a part of the character feelings, María looks like a kind nice person, who is glad to seeing you.

In this other case the same type of shot can be used in a different way:

The shot let the viewer percive the action that the characters make.

Close shot:

I used this type in order to focus more on the character, I really wanted to exalt the cute smile, that is the base of the pic.
There's not an specific action, just an emotion, and that's enough for this shot, because that's exactly what it is suppoused to show.

Extreme close shot:

Used to remark the importance of specific details, commonly used in shots for eyes or even hands, sometimes with simple objects.
It can mark importance in elements that usually could have been unnoticed.
I edited the eyes, because they where blue, and I think that eyes are the best reflection not just for the world but for the soul, this is a free soul prisioner of the limits of the world.
